Premalu Movie Review 2024: Malayalam hit Premalu will be released in Telugu on March 8, 2024. The film, produced by Fahadh Faasil and others, proved a massive success in Mollywood, prompting Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya to release the Telugu version in two Telugu states. Premalu Movie Story

Premalu’s plot revolves around romantic entertainers set against the background of a love triangle. Sachin (Naslen), a shy and mediocre young man, intends to flee the country after completing his engineering studies and go to the United Kingdom. However, he encounters problems and seeks assistance from his buddy Amal Davis (Sangeeth Prathap). The remainder of the story revolves around IT employee Reenu (Mamitha Baiju), Aadhi (Shyam Mohan), Karthika (Akhila Bhargavan), Vaisakh Murali (George Vincent), and others.

Naslen did well for a shy child. He conveyed superb expressions and emotions and left an impression on moviegoers.

Mamitha Baiju seemed stunning and appealing, with adorable emotions. The connection between Naslen and Mamitha brought the moments to a new level. Premalu, written by Girish AD, is a young romantic entertainment. Girish AD, who rose to prominence with films like ‘Thaneer Mathan Dinangal’ and ‘Super Sharanya,’ set out to delight everyone. From start to end, he had spectators captivated to their TVs with amusing sequences. The first half is dull and could have been more racy, but he made up for it with hilarious moments.

He drew the most out of the actors and crew, and the performances enhanced and elevated the moments. He depicted Hyderabad as dynamic and energetic. Despite the simplicity of the plot, he utilized his imagination to incorporate some fascinating and humorous situations. However, consumers will be frustrated despite the engaging components since the conclusion is hurried.

Vishnu Vijay’s music is emotional and calming. The tunes offer the audience a good mood and are nicely filmed. The song Telangana Bommalu appeals to everyone. Ajmal Sabu’s cinematography enhanced the film’s visual appeal. He caught the magnificent sights naturally and attractively. Akash Joseph Varghese’s editing is excellent, except for a few drags here and there. The production values are superb.

Overall, Premalu is a rib-tickling, funny young performer. On the other hand, Girish AD devised a straightforward tale, including several enjoyable and comical situations, and elicited the best performance from the cast and crew. Premalu might have provided more value by fine-tuning the screenplay and eliminating the poor pace. Girish AD’s plot is essential, but the writing and directing are excellent. Tollywood Spark gives Premalu a 2.75 grade based on several factors.
